We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Delivery timelines will restart from the dispatch of the re-shipped item.

Return and Refund Policy

At Itonz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward return and refund process.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging, with tags intact.
